Mitsubishi Rayon Carbon Fiber and Composites. 117-1 is a 250°F (121°C) to 300°F (149°C) cure, flame retardant, modified epoxy resin system designed for use in applications requiring self-adhesive properties and high toughness. 117-1 meets the requirements of FAR 25.853 Appendix F, Part 1, and NASA requirements for out-gassing.
